How to Construct Additional Pylons

Introduction
There are several projects you can undergo to improve your state's  infrastructure. These improvements include increased PP caps, more CU per cycle, etc. You can build a maximum of one building per 1 000 000 people in your country, and a maximum of five of any given building in your entire country. Infrastructure, such as railroads, can be built as much as you want.

Infrastructure
Railroad
Cost - 0.2 PP per pixel
Bonus - Armies move at five times their movement speed while on friendly railroads. Can be built in any territory not in the ZoC of another nation (unless you have their permission).
Requirements: Steam Locomotives

Military Base
Cost - 20 PP
Bonus - Can station your own troops at a military base for no additional maintenance, even if the base is outside of your ZoC. The troops must remain on the pixel of the base, however, or they will cost money.

Buildings
All building bonuses affect the entire nation and stack additively. So, if you have two farms in two different cities, your entire country has an extra 0.5% growth rate.

Tier One
National Bank Branch
Cost - 25PP
Bonus - 5 CU extra income per cycle
Requirements: None

Factory District
Cost - 25PP
Bonus - 5PP added to PP cap
Requirements: None

University
Cost - 50PP
Bonus - +0.2% to the percentage of your population that provide research points. For example, one university would make your research points per cycle be 1.2% of your population.
Requirements: None

Farm:
Cost - 25 PP
Bonus - +0.25% population growth rate
Requirements: None

Tier Two
Training Camp
Cost - 50 PP
Bonus - Can build one extra unit simultaneously
Requirements: Industrialisation

Stock Market
Cost - 50 PP
Bonus - 10 CU extra income per cycle
Requirements: Corporations

Heavy Industrial District
Cost - 50 PP
Bonus - 10% PP cap increase
Requirements: Industrialisation

National Laboratory
Cost - 100 PP
Bonus - +0.4% to the percentage of your population that provide research points
Requirements: National Laboratories

Factory Farms:
Cost - 50 PP
Bonus - +0.5% population growth rate
Requirements: Mechanised Farming

Yup. And the unit has to stay there the entire week if you want the maint discount, just like cities

Universities and National Laboratories now provide kRP bonuses instead of discounts.
