By royal decree of His Royal Majesty Jeongjo the First, King of the Korean people of Joseon, the Royal Korean Ministry of Development and Modernization is established to ensure the Kingdom of Joseon is able to compete with the nations of Europe in technology, education, economics, industry, and agriculture. The Ministry shall have access to funding directly from the Royal Treasury and shall use this funding to ensure the growth and prosperity of the Korean people.

Urgent Conscription of Troops:
