His Royal Highness wishes to express his deep concern for the state of affairs in Asia, which appear to be spiraling out of control. Being the only remaining neutral party in the region, the Emperor is willing to mediate peace negotiations between the warring parties so that the conflict can be bought to a conclusion without the need for further bloodshed.
