Also, you can only build 5 buildings of each type. You are currently building 11 farms.

To top it of you already have 3 national banks, adding the total number of buildings once your farms are finished to 14 buildings. Also I am not sure that your national bank construction time or any of your new 7 farms, or the research construction times are accurate.

On the 17th of August you used 125 PP (3x Banks = 75 PP, All research in total are 50 PP), while we only can use 90 PP if we don't have an army. If you have an army, it withdraws x PP from your industries.

You're wrong on the August 17 thing.  I did 25+37.5 PP on August 17, everything was half speed and stacked.
