The Treaty of the Two Emperors
Preamble
The Tenno Heika and the Emperor of Austronesia, moved by a spirit of amity and interested in the well being of their people, in the preservation of their respective cultural heritage and in carrying peaceful and friendly relations, have entrusted their envoys with the powers to discuss, write and approve a Friendship Declaration, endorsing their words as Theirs.
The Tenno Heika and the Emperor of Austronesia, frome here on referred as the Signing Parties, agree on the following terms:
I. The Signing Parties obligate themselves to desist from any act of violence, any aggressive action, and any attack on each other, either individually or jointly with other Powers, nor with actions nor with words;
II. Each Signing Party personally obligate themselves to grant subjects from the other Signing Party that will happen to find themselves in their territory the same rights as they were their own subjects, especially regarding religious freedom rights and judicial rights;
III. The Signing Parties, recognizing the importance of their cultural heritage as a simbol of their national unity and identity, agree on the necessity to protect it from external disruptions;
IV. Should disputes or conflicts arise between the Signing Parties over problems of one kind or another, both parties, in the spirit of the Treaty, shall settle these disputes or conflicts exclusively through friendly exchange of opinion or, if necessary, through the establishment of arbitration commissions.
