Turan Naval projects

Work has commenced on a flat-bottomed frigate to patrol the Yenisei and our coastal waters, as per the word of the Khan. Veteran shipbuilders from the Germanic Free States have arrived to oversee the construction, in lieu of treaty payments for this plan. At the same time, selection of our first naval crew has started, as well as establishment of our first naval base in Yadiger.
