Wow. Did you just nerf because the missiles I have a lot of them? How come I can parallel build as many rockets as I can, and realistically can do so, yet I can't build missiles that cost +40 USD in parrallel? Are GM units next?

It's the first I've heard of it too. I know you can't mobilize units in parallel, but I never knew you couldn't build them in parallel either.

But anyways, the missile thing is staying how it is now. No changes.

Why was it changed so that you couldn't built missiles simultaneously? That makes no sense.

Tell me, how many Saturn Vs were produced parallelly?

Edit: I always understood this was valid for super heavy lifters and military strategic missiles, but now I doubt it. How does it actually works?

That argument doesn't hold up well at all. America had limited industrial capacity, and had no reason to use all of it on building a pile of Saturn Vs.
If a sufficiently large country wanted, however, there's nothing stopping them from building a large number of rockets at once aside from their industrial capacity.

In simple terms, if I have 100 PP, what could possibly be preventing me from building five 20PP rockets at the same time?

Well, if they are small enough, nothing I guess, but ultra heavy rockets are a logistical nightmare to build. Think at the processing buildings needed, the transportation, etc.

So? I think it's safe to say that I could have more than one giant rock-carrying truck going across my country. It's not like I only have one road.
Besides that, the "processing buildings" are taken into account through my PP. If I have the PP, it's assumed I have the factories to build the thing. That's how it is for literally every other thing in the RP. So, why is it then that rockets are such different beasts?

Was for weaponised missiles (rockets with a bomb). Civil missiles (or rockets, as they are generally known) should be fine.

That makes even less sense. Why is it so much harder for a country to build five rockets with bombs on top than it is to build five of the exact same rocket except with satellites on top?

Really badly done balancing. Putting an arbitrary limit on the number you can build at once is ludicrous. Far better to make them less likely to hit in the first place, because rockets aren't particularly accurate things.

They can be. If you want it changed, just start another thread in the suggestions subforum and we can work on a suitable replacement.

And missiles can be accurate if they're filled with guidance as the missiles we implemented this for were.

Costs for reaction wheels lessened because now they're just reaction wheels and not autopilots. Also they only require SAS technology now, for the same reason.
Since that left ASAS useless, RCS now requires ASAS technology (because right now ingame every single cockpit is equipped with what used to be ASAS and is now "your pilot is doing this by himself" and because RCS is just a more useful version of reaction wheels).
