What just happened? What happened to the words avoid conflict, also these guys where behind enemy lines... So did they magically teleport back to my main force to walk of and get shot? Also somehow glaidian troops where my hidden task force was? Then elimanted north and south ones at the same time

It's practically impossible to avoid open conflict in grassland and with an enemy army coming right at you. The Gladian Soldiers moved out for a counter-attack, and met up with your guys, so they opened fire. Your guys began retreating and also returned fire. Turned out there were too many for your guys to take on with simple Recce gear, so they were all bombarded and killed.

So on both sides of the country at the same time?
1- You said it was mountains
2-My forces where behind lines
3-If they overwhelmed me they would have taken a lot more casualties.
4- Do Gladian soldiers have spider-sense to just hunt my soldiers down.
5- Also so my Anti-tanks where overwhelmed by infantry, and my special forces where overwhelmed by tanks... where none of them doing there job?
6-Why did they Retreat when they had not even fired a shot, and they where obliviously in range of artillery and tank fire, I wanted them to avoid conflict but if your that close then you have to fight.

1) Jaydee was sending his soldiers to counterattack around both sides of the mountain. The same way your guys were headed.

2) Your main force is still in the area near the city. You just sent the two squads.

3) That makes no sense.

4) No, they have eyes like everybody else. It's easy to see 6500 guys marching across open ground.

5) They were on a recce mission so they were in light recce gear. They did as you said, retreat back to avoid a fight.

6) They attempted to avoid conflict but due to limited LOS behind a mountain, they had no idea what was coming. You said so yourself, it was a scouting mission.

I never called it a scouting mission, they where to suppose to raid, not scout

I told you I wanted them to raid supply lines, Gladia is a big country to say that his army could spot bot squads on opposite sides of the country would imply that his military would have t
to be incredibly spread out

Gladia is actually smaller than most countries irl due to the fact that kerbin is tiny. Just pointing that out.

Yeah, but the armies are small to so they are all in proportion.

Well the infantry and at regiments of the gladian attacking force is 26 000 kerbs alone. That is about twice the size of the swedish regular army.

I meant physically. I think. Anyways, proportion doesn't matter, lets say that they are in proportion to Earth for the sake of things.

My only real problem was that where no survivors, and that was all a bit convient for Gladian forces

You have to take into account that kerbin is much smaller than earth, though. Each pixel is 6 sq km.

Dragon, 1650 of your civilians were just killed by missile strikes originating behind Gladian lines. Origin is probably Narconan.

I have told you multiple times, they were going to counter attack you. I also have the exact PM you sent. You wanted them to find Gladian bases, as well as raid supply lines. You first need to recce for those, otherwise you have no idea where they are. They attempted to retreat in order to do as you said - avoid confrontation. If you really have a formal complaint, pass it forward to the other mods via PM. But as far as I can see, you're just moaning because you lost a battle.
