Although, they might have an internal currency, different from what is used in international exchanges. Like the occupation money used in Italy when the Brits were ruling the place.

Although on paper all money is gone, it would still obviously be some bartering. Some people might sell some of their share for services provided by others. But still the concept of the dollar or in this case, kerbit is gone.

edit: I'll implement something resembeling a currency in terms of food stamps later on.
