Terripanan - Segerlinen Treaty of Friendship

The Governments of the Republic of Terripana and the Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline acknowledge with this treaty the mutual cooperation between each other.

§ Article I. Economic Prosperity between the signing states.

1.1  A massive development of industry and infrastructure in the Republic of Terripana will be financed by the Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline.
1.1.2 This development shall consist of Industrial Parks, Factory Farms, Highways and Banks.
1.1.3 The financial aid shall consist of money, industrial tools and Segerlinen aid workers.

1.2 The Syndicalist Republic of Segerline shall not ask for any monetary payments for the aid in return.

§ Article II. Military Cooperation

2.1 The Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline will guarantee the independence of the Republic of Terripana.
2.1.1 The Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline will view any agression against the Republic of Terripana as an agression against the Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline.
2.1.2 The Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline shall not aid any forces, people or organisations that seek to harm the Republic of Terripana

2.2 The Republic shall not aid any forces, people or organisation that seeks to destroy or harm the Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline or its allies.

2.3 In an effort to modernise the Republic of Terripana. The Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline shall provide modern military hardware for the Republic of Terripana.

2.4 The Republic of Terripana shall allow the Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline to station military forces of all sorts in Terripana.
2.4.1 The Federal Republic of Segerline shall be allowed to construct a military base in the Republic of Terripana.
2.4.2 The Federal Republic of Segerline shall not have armed forces outside this military base except in special cases if granted by the Republic of Terripana.
2.4.3 No other nation than the Federal Republic of Segerline and the Republic of Terripan shall be allowed to station troops in the Republic of Terripana without both signing parties explicit consent.


§ Article III. Technological growth between the signing parties.

3.1 The Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline shall give the blueprints of all civilian technologies in its possesion to the Republic of Terripana without payments.
3.1.1 Military technology can be sold by the Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline at its own disgression.

3.2 The Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline will help the Republic of Terripana in space.
3.2.1 The Republic of Terripana will recieve monetary aid for some space missions by the Syndicalist Federal Republic of Segerline.
3.2.2 The Syndicalist Federal Republic can at a discharge of the standard price send Terripanan satellites, probes and crew into space.

§ Article IV. Ratification.

By signing this paper, all signatory parties understands the content of the treaty and ratifies it. Its terms will be enforced upon signing this treaty.
