Kahlawian-Oxuytharan Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance Treaty

The government of the Democratic Republic of Kahlawia will:

-Respect the territorial integrity of the the Oxuytharan nation;
-Intervene to directly defend said integrity, with every mean deemed necessary to the situation;
-Give military assistance to the POLA, in order to keep it in condition to defend the territorial integrity of the Oxuytharan nation;
-See foreign interference in the Island of Oxuythar as an act of aggression toward the Oxuytharan People, and act accordingly;
-Give economical assistance to the Oxuytharan nation, to keep its People in acceptable living standards.


The Central Oxuytharan People's and Interim Authority will:

-Accept the aforementioned help;
-Respect the Kahlawian foreign policy decisions;
-Agree on the presence of Kahlawian and its allies' forces on the Island of Oxuythar to help defend its territorial integrity.
