It's nearly impossible to join at this time. I can't compete at all with anybody, MP, PP, or anything. perhaps raising the starting pop?

Considering every system may change next RP, there's no point in rebalancing one thing for this RP.

Yeah that growth rate is pretty ridicolus, and should be nerfed for other RPs.
