Yep. Although Game Dev Tycoon has very limited replay ability.

Tropico 5 is fun until you've seen all of the jokes and gags.

Saints Row The Third (With all DLC) is on sale for less than $15 IIRC. It's a hilarious game, with a lot of replayability value.

Thanks guys, I've gotten CK2 w/ 11 DLCs, FTL, and Terraria. gonna hold off Tropico 5 and probably get Game Dve Tycoon maybe.

Sim City 4, just trust me. Get the expansion or deluxe edition and download NAM, and you're set for months of civil engineering.

Game Dev Tycoon is boring, Tropico 5 is expensive and sort-of-fun-but-you-could-be-having-more, CKII will eat your life whole.

Tropico 5 is like a Mazda Miata. Fun to turn, but disappointing when you step on the gas. All that comes out the tailpipe and reverberates through the deathtrap of a two-seater roadster is the sound of pure disappointment and buyer's remorse.

If you don't have Warband, get Warband. I've owned it for like four days and have thirty hours logged.
CK2 and EU4 are both solid picks if you don't have 'em. DLC is a bit overpriced though, especially for CK2. Personally though, I wouldn't have bought CK2 in the winter sale; it goes up pretty regularly for below five bucks.
Democracy 3 is pretty good, but a bit too easy for my tastes. There are mods that make it harder.
FTL is a staple game and one everyone on this forum should own.
It's not on steam, but Rimworld is pretty fun. Already has enough features to be worth the pricetag, and it's still being updated regularly. Lots of replay value and tons of mods out there, plus you can cut out peoples' hearts and sell them if you want to.
Lots of people rave about Simcity 4. Personally, I own it and found it a bit meh.
According to the reviews, Tropico 5 is just Tropico 4 with a different name and a couple of new buildings.
Civilization Beyond Earth is supposed to be fun, and should get better with expansions and such.

Tropico 5 is great. Until you lose a campaign mission then you don't play it for 10 months.
