Small town of Idvuk bombed by terrorist

A small kerb, about 25 walks through the small city.. The loudspeakers are, as usual, spouting out things like "Our president is most gracious, he protects us from all!" And occasionally playing the national anthem.. Posters hang everywhere, they say things such as "Building a better nation, FOR YOU! ~ From your most gracious president of the NCR." The man walks up the the town square, and shouts "VAN UT KANBAR" (LONG LIVE CORESONIA!) and proceeds to explode, killing about 13 kerbs and damaging a building near it..
