Religion, regardless of whether or not a nation currently follows one, greatly influences the development of a nation's past. Religions, a set of organized beliefs, are to be placed in this Historical Academy if you have one you would like to post, as a method of giving a repository for religions to be used in nation applications and in roleplay as needed.

This is the star of life. It symbolises the two energies comming together and cooperating so that they may reach ascension. It is the quest of every kerb to balance his two energies so that he may ascend and have balance in life. The red circle is the energy of creativity, it leads you to become an artist and to find creative solutions in life. Someone with much creative energy might also be easily distracted so that instead of let's say taking the direct route to the job every day and make it there in time, you take another much longer route because it is more beautiful. The blue field represents the rational energy, it takes you wherever you want to go via the most direct route.

The two energies must be balanced in order for a kerb to ascend and also in order to give balance to the universe. All wars, criminality and violence is because we have a overflow of rational energy. However if we would have a overflow of creative energy, then mankind would not really progress either, without rational energy the agricultural revolution would never happen nor would our understanding of the universe be as good. It is the balance you want so that you may get the scientific knowledge but the peaceful and philosofical knowledge of the creative energy. If such a state was reached through out kerbin, then the planet would be saved.

Major deities and characters:

There are three main characters and one main race on Kerbin. Let's start with the characters:

Magni is an ascended master of Kerbin. He was a regular kerbs just like all of us who lived on Kerbin during ancient times, he together with Opus and Heimdallr started what is known as a mystery school in Segerline. Their goal was to help all of kerbal kind ascend into the fourth level of consious level of being. Magni was the head teacher there and wisest of them all and much of our knowledge and moral code come from him.

Opus is also an ascended master and his role is to defend kerbal kind. He struggles daily in throwing out the aliens that is trying to take over Kerbin. He is renowned to have a giant sphere of light that he rides into battle over Kerbin, that is kind of the ultimate weapon of mass destruction. No evil alien race has ever managed to get pass this sphere of light, and all their attacks have been repelled.

Heimdallr is the ascended master of rationallity. Allthough he has a balance in both energies, his job is to give all of kerbal kind the knowledge on how the universe works. If you ever have an idea then it is Heimdallr who has given it to you in his divine plan to advance Kerbal kind.

The Laythians are an evil alien race. They managed to land on Kerbin before the sphere of light was constructed and has now proceeded to enslave the kerbal race. All true Kerbus Salvum followers claims that the 20 richest families of Kerbin has a different set of genes than us, and these genes are in fact Laythians genes. The reason why they currently don't live on Laythe is due to the fact that they somehow rendered Laythe uninhabitable in a world war millenia ago. The remaining laythians took of in their space ships and landed on Kerbin to start over.

Creation theory:

The Kerbus Salvum followers belive in something called "Mind" or "Spirit", although it is not a god as many other would describe it today, it still is a powerful being. In fact everyone is Spirit or Mind and everyone becomes part of Spirit or Mind when they die and before they are born. The idea is that the Mind or Spirit was in something called the great sleep, this was before the universe was born. Suddenly it woke up and started to move, as he started to move through the sacred geometric shapes that Kerbus Salvum praise, called the pattern of life. Galaxies was formed along with it and after a while, biological life was formed and evolved into the state that they exist in today.

Important dates:

The year 230 after the Kortugan calendar is the year of the great awakening. This year more and more people will start to wake up to the true nature of the universe and work together to ascend.

- 19 785 after the Kortugan calendar was the year of the collapse of the consciousness. When the two poles supposedly swaped position, all knowledge of the universe was lost. Before that time, all kerbals was ascended and lived in a different dimension of consciousness. However, none of us was prepared for the pole shift and thus took no preparation to defend ourself against it.
