Blessings of the Red Sun upon you all, this is the first time the Empire has hosted more than one techical exchange program. In addition, there is a closed door session on ASDI development happening and ongoing standards work. Therefore, lest anyone say the Empire is a poor host, we should have a banquet. A banquet makes this a conference ... and we dub it FICAS. As the 1st FICAS we are proud to have so much activity occuring.

We will participate, and as already decided a payment of 27 MK's will arrive soon as a contribution to the Red Sun Empie in return for the time they have spent so far.

Sea Civillization

Round table talks on sea-steading, floating cities, undersea industry, even colonization of ice will be a focus.

How far can we expand into the sea?

If the Kortugans hemm us in land wise, perhaps technology can allow us larger populations.

We found this topic highly interesting. Surely the sea represents a great resource for kerbkind, but also a mostly unknown environment, to be studied and observed in the same way as outer space is.

FICAS 1 will start after the conference on weaponization of space. We do not wish to split the attention of all the fine nations that will attend both events.

Though initial stages of this conference went on with no issue there has been a minor delay in the planning the main assembly. A hostile foreign agent was discovered and detained. Pending investigation the conference will experience a further delay.

All are welcome. We are devising security measures for the conference and will provide spots for up to 10 delegates per nation. The conference will be held in Space City, as our international launch facility Cliffside that adjoins it has an interesting mock up of a space farm that we are planning to launch shortly. The space farm provides indefinite life support and a cycle of consumables for upto 8 Kerbs and is of course relevant to living under the oceans. We also have mock ups of efficient small scale habitats for microgravity through heavy gravity prepared as fun tours.

Delegates are asked to kindly submit their academic backgrounds and or security backgrounds for those guards who will be included in your parties of 10. This is an entrance requirement and we will need cooperation in verification of these data
Also include any food or beverage preferences and allergies. Only ceremonial weapons will be allowed to guards, those must be blunted and peace bonded at all times. Arrivals must follow full customs and intake procedures including approved flight and port plans.

The Empire promises to host a lavish and enlightened event!
