Announcement; Gladia and/or Narcona have tested nuclear weapons

The Kabundakan academy of Sciences and Ministry of Defense have concluded, after extensive analysis, that two events within the past year and a half were nuclear weapons tests by Gladia, Narcona, or both. The first was an unusually shallow seismic event, and the second an extremely bright flash in the upper atmosphere. Both events are estimated to have involved release of energy equivalent to the detonation approximately twenty thousand tons of TNT.

Narcona has yet to develop an nuclear bomb.

Terripana has also witnessed a bright flash - we could not pinpoint the exact location however.

You have done a good job attempting to warmonger, especially plainly saying that the explosion was simply "north", giving the possibility for 3 nations, but we have yet to develop a nuclear bomb. You may find the only radioactive soil in our nation is at our uranium storage, where we have had all our uranium since the start of our mining program.
