Velkos-4 Blasts Off From Night Side, Rendezvous In Orbit With Algos-3

Today, the Velkos-4 three-kerbed mission blasted off from Vertuno into LKO, where after three orbits it met Algos-3. Today, the three kerbals, Fisnavavaadians Algrero Clementsos, Lortaff Frero, and Armboe Restair, part of the "new generation" of Fisnavavaadian astronauts, are settling in at home in the first long-term habitat in space. They will be using a data relay with KSOCR-1 to perform a live television broadcast from orbit, in which they will all don suits and take the camera outside for the second half of the broadcast. They are set for separation from the station and re-entry in four weeks.

Children and adults from all over the nation watched in yet more awe as the entire crew of the station performed a spacewalk, half to show off and half to check the external strength of the ship, assessing for any damage from heating or micrometeors. After that, the crew slipped back inside the station, terminating the broadcast with a friendly "goodbye". They are currently testing exercise equipment in space, to observe the effect it has on the loss of strength returning astronauts have previously mentioned.

Meanwhile, the experiment load being carried up on Velkos-5 has been announced, where for four weeks they will observe the growing of multiple varieties of small plants. The experiment, which has it's control group on the ground during the flight, will consist of a plant in zero-G and a plant on a small spinning wheel to simulate gravity for each plant on the ground. The astronaut crew names have not been mentioned yet, but there are rumors of Fisnavavaada's highest-flying kerbal making a return.
