A few days ago, a strange phenomenon has started to be reported. On a normally unused frequency,
a sound resembling that of a car horn is constantly played, with no one knowing exactly why.

What could it be? Aliens? Conspiracy theories have sprung up like wildfire all over Kerbin, and
confusion seems to be at a new all-time high.
