City of Onmas Suffering from Mysterious Disease!

All Narconan cities are put in quarantine, and we have closed our borders. We are determined to find the cause of this outbreak, and have suspicion for it to be caused purposely.

As an island nation, Terripana's borders are closed until the disease is eradicated.

Segerline follows Terripanas example to an extent. We will arrange a special quaranteened section where Narcona can offload their cargo in Segerlinen ports, with many doctors in the area, and soldiers to enforce quaranteen of the area. No Narconan will be allowed past this zone, with a shoot on sight policy. All cargo will undergo search for smallpox and undergo a decontamination process. All airports are closed for Narconan travel.

We do not see any need for our citizens to be shot if they have been proved if they do not have smallpox.

We feel as if Segerline's response is outrageous, and possibly evidence of involvement if the casualties are so low.

We don't take risks and see that this is preferable to a complete closedown. Smallpox doesn't show signs in its early stage, who would want to bet the safety of their people over on madman running around with possibly smallpox? If the naroconan traders follow our safety regulations. Everything will be just fine. And ofcourse, once the epidemic is dealt with, we will put all regulations back to normal.

You have no evidence for such accusations, and we inqurire why we would use up our biological weapons on a outbreak in a nation that is of no interest of ours, only to have them develop a vaccine later? After all, you are the ones supplying terrorists with ballistic missile technology hell bent on bringing down your northern neighbour. How can we be sure it isn't you?

For the time being, the Kyux-Narcona border and all Narconian ships will be searched for smallpox, if found they will be put into quarantine. No narconans or narconan ships are allowed into thoria / west kyux

We are closing all our ports to any ship or airplane comnig from Narcona. The exception being cargo ships which will be loaded off onto the seashore platform of Nygren, all the cargo, passengers and ship itself controlled, and if needed quarantined and decontaminated. No food cargo allowed.

The Glorious Empire of Fisnavavaada will send aid in the forms of monetary and personnel support. We can send funding for quarantines, and soldiers to help enforce it.

All Narconan citizens and goods are forbidden to travel directly from the Narconan territory to Kahlawia. They will have to reside in another country for at least 20 days before being admitted on the Kahlawian territory.

Segerline sends its condolences to the Narconan people and the infected families. We also give out a hand to the Narconan regime and are willing to provide money for vaccine research if requested.

Segerline offers its aid in the clean up process once this terrible epidemic is over. We also offer humanitarian aid for the many kerbals who have had their families and lives destroyed by the Onmas plague.

And without further ado, the last infected had died. Only 20% of the 75,000 inhabitants left to their fate survived, and Narcona has moved in multiple cleanup crews to assure the city is safe to enter once more. 60,000 bodies are a lot of work to clean up after all.

Meanwhile, doctors everywhere still wonder how this sudden disease could break out so quickly yet be contained so easily. Research on a vaccine continues, as a number of examples of the disease have been saved for research by Narcona.
