World Trade Federation

Welcome to the World Trade Federation! Our sole missions is to aid the economic development of Kerbin by removing barriers to international trade.

Our regulations;
* All members agree to allow the free transfer of trade goods between all members; to not block or impose tariffs on goods from or on transit to other members.
* To help prevent misunderstandings between nations, being as they are potentially injurious to trade, all nations within the WTF are obliged to make reasonable facilities available to consular staff from any other country in the WTF
* All nations shall accede automatically upon application, unless they have previously been ejected
* A nation may be ejected by 75% supermajority vote of members. Such a vote may be called by any member at any time for any reason.
* Nations may be suspended by the President if they have been judged to have broken the rules of the organisation. A suspended member is not considered a member for the purposes of article 1 and may not vote on WTF matters. Unlike ejected members, suspended members can regain full status when the President decides their trade policy has returned to an acceptable state.
* An ejected nation, if they apply for readmittance, require a simple majority vote of members to do so.
* Any nation, should they decide they wish to do so, may leave the Federation at any time for any reason.

The Federation is headquartered in Durmitor, K. Gabrili, E. Kutan, and the sitting President is King Dragan III of Gabrili

The Algor Desert States, for the purpose of restoring national stability and prosperity, as well as to ensure global neutrality, wishes to join this organization.

Safenei wishes to join this organization.

The Kingdom of Fermatia wishes to join this organization for the prosperity of itself as well as the members that are already part of it.

Understandably, the Representative of Glarus has issued a vote to embargo the Empire of Calcania for it's aggressive action towards it's neighbour that threatens free trade through the Kolus.

We understand 'the Empire of Calcania' to refer to the two member nations of The Kingdom of Fermatia and The Federated Desert States of Victoria; all in favour of ejecting these two nations, say 'Aye'.

The Republic of Venatoria votes Aye.

The Glarus Confederation votes 'Aye'.

The Empire of Xaniaus votes 'Aye'.

Santa abstains.

We abstain.

Assuming neither nation will vote to remove itself, these abstainments mean ejection cannot occur without a nation changing it's vote.

Wed like to abstain.

As ejection is now impossible, there is no point continuing the vote. It is now ended, and any other ejections may be called for.

Sanga would like to change their vote, they should be expelled.

The Kingdom of Fermatia, constituent part of the Empire of Calcania, votes against the motion, and expects Victoria to do the same.

The Dominion of Njegošlja votes aye.

The Hyange Empire votes to keep a strong trade federation and to not eject the Empire of Calcania

The Technocracy of Espanjanto wishes to join this organisation (I thought I already had in the OOC thread?)
