The North Sea Treaty

The two Crowns of their respective kingdoms, undersigned, hereby decree the following:

1: Both parties shall, on each fourth year, place into a shared pool of money the sum of ₡5, beginning 1804.
2: Both parties shall place their naval forces under joint command, with the fleet being stationed together.
3: Both parties shall make effort to phase out non-standardised arms, such that in a short time all arms will be standard between the two parties.
4: Both parties shall, when one is attacked or is attacking, join together to form a combined front in times of war.
