On this day, let it be known that the crowns of the Empire of Francia, the United Provinces of Germany and the Republic of White Ruthenia hereby join together, in view of God and man, in civil and military alliance.

From this day forward, all three nations shall henceforth be bound to:
   
- Aid one another in defensive war;
- At the discretion of the Pact, come to each others' assistance in righteous offensive conflict;
- Share major techonological developments and innovations, that we all may prosper;
- Recognize one another's territorial claims, both within and outside of Europe, so long as they do not conflict;
- Deposit in a mutual treasury a sum of 5CU each four years, to be used for the defense of each nation. At any time and with the consent of the other two nations, one country may take from this treasury to be repaid over an agreed-on period of time and interest rate.
- Plans should be established for a shared fleet, to be constructed from the mutual fund and have costs being split between each nation. This fleet will be stationed in the Lowlands, UPG. This tactical position provides quick response to any hostilities
- Any attack on our established claims is an attack on us, we will not tolerate being pushed around
- We guarantee the Independence of The Kingdom of Slevenes, and any war or attack against them that we find unjustified is an attack on us

Any further updates or amendments to these points must be agreed upon unanimously by all three nations.

After an unanimous vote the alliance has been updated with 2 further clauses.

We now officially guarantee the independence of Slovenia. We believe that no civilized nation in Europe should risk to be pushed around. For this favor Slovenia will grant us one line infantry if The Pact of Eagles is in a defensive war.

With the breaking of the Euro-Atlantic treaty by your alliance, we hereby declare war.
