Putting this in OOC because there's basically no way to give this IC.

First point allocation (end of first cycle, 27/9/15); 110.7kRP
100kRP in industrialisation, completing it
10.7kRP into mechanised farming, 119.3kRP remaining to be done
Start joint project with american free states; mechanised farming now 140*1.5=210krp
Points allocated jointly with AFS, mechanised farming completed (exact point values TBD)
