As our great Khan has decreed, 200,000 men and women have volunteered and been chosen to create a settlement at the mouth of the great Yenisei to act as a sea-port for the Khanate. The settlement has been christened Yadiger, after our great Khan's esteemed ancestor Yadiger, son of Kasim.
