-----SECRET-----
It worked.

Spoiler:
The RMS lifted off perfectly, and performed all planned maneuvers. When we lost track of it, it was on a route taking it to over 100km in altitude and to hit almost 1000km downrange. The range would be less with a real payload, but this still means we have the capability to hit anywhere in REDACTED REDACTED and certainly REDACTED.
There was an issue that we will have to iron out-the payload did not separate. Not necessarily an issue for missile usage, but be a major problem with use of this hardware in the REDACTED program. Overall however, the launch went much better than most expected-and we see no compelling reason why full funding for REDACTED should not be immediately granted.

-----SECRET-----
The second rocket has been launched, and was fully successful-with fairing and payload separation completed successfully. This time, it was launched straight upwards; both to ensure continued contact and to avoid the kind of unpleasantness that happened last time. We are ready to continue preparations for REDACTED.

-----CLEAR FOR PUBLIC RELEASE-----
Kabundakan, along with a number of Kyuxian personnel, today launched the first object to directly orbit Kerbol. The craft, known as Iskaut-3, will report back scientific data on radiation levels outside of kerbin's magnetosphere, as well as validate communications at very long distances.

-----CLEAR FOR PUBLIC RELEASE-----
The KMPE has completed it's first two rocket missions.

The first, Kagiliran-1, involved a suborbital test launch of a crewed capsule. The mission was launched from our 'Pampatayo' floating platform to test the capsule's emergency hard-ground landing ability, and featured a prototype low-pressure 'flight suit' worn by a mannequin dubbed 'Si Polan.'
The capsule and Mr. Polan, both returned safely:
The second involved a test launch of the new RMS-3 rocket, which placed a KMoD payload known as Pahatid-5 into a low polar orbit of kerbin. The payload is planned to return to kerbin in a few day's time.
RMS-3:
The KMPE aspects of both missions were entirely successful, and they both have provided useful data for the crewed flights that are planned for the near future.

-----CLEAR FOR PUBLIC RELEASE-----
KMPE has performed it's first crewed spaceflight, Kagiliran-2, putting Hammaguitan native corporal. Antero Sumulong above Kerbin's atmosphere on a short suborbital flight. The capsule reached an altitude of roughly 100km and landed 300km downrange, where it was retrieved by the destroyer Parañaque. Cpl. Sumulong was able to perform his duties throughout the flight, and was found to be perfectly fit after it.

-----CLEAR FOR PUBLIC RELEASE-----
KMPE has, with the Kagiliran-3 mission, successfully placed a crew-configuration Kagiliran capsule into low kerbin orbit. The capsule contains the Si Polan mannequin, completing 'his' second flight in a new 'space-suit' fitted with independent life-support machinery. Succesfull completion of the flight will allow for a flight by one of Polan's animate comrades in the near future.

-----CLEAR FOR PUBLIC RELEASE-----
KMPE has successfully completed two historic flights. The first, Kagiliran-4, involved a capsule containing Kabundakan citizen Günther Heinlich completing an orbit around Kerbin and returning safely; opening the way for long-duration crewed flights with experiments. The second, Tagapiga-1, returned the first militarily usable photographs to be taken from space. This represents a sea change in the Kabundakan armed forces' ability to gauge the capability and disposition of potential adversaries, as well as a major technological advance for Kabundakan in general.
