Treaty of Towada

Rikuto Shogunate
End of Hostilities between the Rikuto Shogunate and The Holy Empire of the People, Military, and Emperor of Narcona will commence under the following condition:

1. Narcona troops left on the Towada Islands will be granted safe passage to return to Narcona.
             a. Wounded Soldiers will be treated and prioritized first.
             b. Non-Lethal equipment may be kept, otherwise confiscated by the Rikuto military police.
2. Narcona will cede all control and claims to the Towada Islands and surrounding islands.
             a. Government Officials will be allowed to leave.
             b. Former Narcona citizens on the island will be granted their freedom of mobility and may leave the island.
             c. Former Narcona property, including that of her citizens will be relinquished and passed onto the Rikuto Shogunate.
3. Rikuto will pledge to protect Narcona from foreign aggression for a period of two (2) years effective upon signing.
             a. This will include naval presence for two (2) years to help enforce this.
             b. May be extended upon negotiations.
             c. A Rikuto military base will be allowed on the territory of Narcona. Consisting of:
                           i. An Airfield, 2 Runways.
                           ii. An Naval Yard.
             d. The lease on the military base will be five (5) years, and will be turned over to Narcona upon expiration.
                           i. Construction costs will be covered by the Rikuto Shogunate.
                           ii. It's location will be the decision of the Rikuto Shogunate.
4. Narcona will owe Rikuto 80MK over a two (2) year period as war reparations.
             a. Interest Rate past the deadline is 2.5% per semi-annum.
5. Narcona will undergo the following military restrictions:
             a. All naval ships belonging to Narcona whether temporary, under construction, or in-service shall:
                           i. Not be over 10,000 tons. [Light Cruisers and Below. No large submarines. Etc.]
                           ii. Not be equipped with any guns larger then 9". [Ditto]
                           iii. Not exceed a total of seven (7) destroyers and three (3) light cruisers.
                           iv. Undergo a periodic inspection by Rikuto Officals along with ship facilities including subpens, drydocks, etc.
             b. Shall any of the terms be violated, the Rikuto Shogunate reserves the right to dismantle the ship(s)/facilites/vehicle(s) in question by force or otherwise.
             c. These restrictions will last for a period of two (2) years.
6. Narcona will allow an Rikuto embassy to be located on it's territory.
             a. Location will be the decision of the Rikuto Shogunate.
7. A Prisoner Exchange will be immediately conducted.
