6 x "Silo Control" Bunkers being constructed half speed, somewhere linked to a rapid transit route for ultra-fast evacuation of importan officials near each major city (proper centers of gov't are already on the outskirts of major cities not in their cores). But these do not control silos, instead they house a few families long term (This will be a prelude system to space colonizaion tech, though it does not need to be nearly so sealed) and have their normal equipment replaced with the latest archival data storage devices to preserve knowledge. Scientific and technical knowledge is prioritized, as is the means to proper governance.
