Everyone involved in space exploration gets a party!

The Emperor of the Red Sun is excited about space travel.  He is throwing a series of small parties, personal audiences, for 2 representatives from each of the space faring nations. Astronauts and well known scientists / technicians from the space programs are also welcome in addition to the 2 ... and letters have gone out.

Each nation gets a separate audience unless they cooperated in a space program.

The Palaces of Welcome are luxury villas and there are nice Imperial residences available for extra staff or minor officials who come along.

Each nation may include one, single, guard with any personal weaponry that they are willing to have inspected 2 weeks before arriving. That is the only weaponry that will be allowed near any imperial grounds or residences and it will be peace bonded (but not damaged or permanently disabled in any way).  Small craft of any type are welcome as transports and all parties are expected to make arrangements, file travel plans, etc. for approval 4 weeks in advance.
