The Red Sun Empire officially contributes all their technological files to the ASDI initiaitive. This does not mean that all tech is simply given to all members, but it is available for approved shared research intiaitives.

In our absence, we appoint the Kahlawian chair of the ASDI council as the curator and controller of our sceintific information.

The Empire is comitted to the success of this venture.

We put our scientific knowledge at dispositions, on the same terms of RSE.

Narcona would like to help participate.

All projects have been assigned for the foreseeable future. Applications will be taken again into account when a new program is initiated.

Also, to fund the organization efforts, every member will cyclicly give 10 MK to the org fund. In exchange, they will have access to the technological knowledge of the other members.

We are asking for the tech files for Space Suits and Docking Ports. May we get them?

Fellows of the ASDI, we have recently undertaken advanced and expensive research - which will be shared with the ASDI of course.

We request some funding to offset the cost of these projects. We are rapidly advancing computing, advanced SAS, VTOL engines and Space planes.

We will soon be giving you all hard drive and coding language technology with the Advanced SAS to follow.

In fact, the files on VTOL engines - which could be invaluable for operations on other worlds - are here in my hand. We just came to share them today.  They continue work with Rotor Blades that started with us.

Our Citizens will thank you, as bearing the cost of this expensive research takes its toll.

We are going to donate 19,6 MK to the ASDI, for techonological advancement, and expect getting the files in exchange.

Even though we cannot join your organization due to the costs, we wish to co-operate with your projects such as your planned space station in the future.

We are donating 7,5 MK to the ASDI, earmarked for REd sun research, and except getting tech files for Computers, Binary Code and Advanced SAS in exchange.

We are dedicated to space as a posutive force in global diplomacy. Though we have to seek the final approval of the ASDI for it, we could help you.

How we might be able to help: If you built or helped build small satelites we could launch them for you at cost - no profit for us. The cost would likely be very low for comms sats or such, as they could ride along with our missions.

We welcome the New Arovan proposal. We'll have a meeting to discuss the collaboration.

This is to record the net withdrawal of 20Mk for the final phase of "Internet" research. Of course all the files will be fully ASDI available once complete.

The Federation of Kabundakan wishes to join this organisation.

All members of the ASDI commit to joint projects with specific deliverables and pay a 10 Mk members due per cycle of 6 months. New members must sit in talks on how to establish integration into the existing project structure and place project funds in a joint escrow with the ASDI.

We invite the fine Federation delegates to sit with both curator nations to also establish benefits that mirror participation in ASDI projects. Then we can discuss technology and design transfer.
