How did yall decide on your history anyway

I think this is a genuine missunderstanding. Mystics history and maps claims that he founded the colony of new spori before the invasion of Albemuth, while Boris history and maps claims that Boris had Nadirja but that mystic took it along with Albemuth.

Maybe we can have it so that mystic colonized one part of the island while boris colonized the other half of the island?

Well, MP owns the things now, and colonial claims arent exactly set in stone

Well I think the problem is that he wants all Kahlawians under a Kahlawian flag. This would imply that there are a fairly large Kahlawian minority in Nadirja.

Christ are we getting a falklands war in this rp too?

Something hit me. If boris wants to claim someone stole land from him, he should have handed in total pop. Otherwise it indicates the claim is no longer valid.

Otherwise Kahlawia would have been bigger than everyone else

Then the same thing would apply to Narcona and Rikuto.

That would also mean that mystic would have had more people than anyone else, having the people stolen from me.

Anyway, I'll propose this solution to the history thing:

-Nadirjia is inhabited by Kahlawian settlers, not colonized, something like the big north, trading outposts, fur hunters (or whatever passes for fur animals on kerbin)
-Kya the first unifies the kingdoms in the north
-Kya the first founds New Spori
-Kya the first invades Albemuth

Now, since everything was done by Kya the first, is expectable that all those things happened in short time, so it's not unrealistic that my people was there first considering that they are closer.

But the far majority of the population would be Kyuxian, as the only major city was founded by him. I would recognize that as a valid claim to conquer it.

And can we please get the peace over with soon? It's making me feel constant stress and anxiousness. Im not saying this is a reason for peace IC, my irl problems should not be part of this. But it would help be greatly. All the stress from school + that and to be honest my slight depression is taking its toll on me

However to be perfectly blunt. You are the one stalling the negotiations with demands in which you are in no place to make.

I'm all up for peace, I have IRL worrings too, but you have to realize that we are in position not only to demand those things, but to simply steamroll you into acceptance of whatever we want. You are left with a large kingdom and plenty of things to do. I guess it's a good thing for you.

Well, duh. Thats what Im implying. What youre doing now is essentially getting free land, something I dont condone. As you claim the real population of Kahlawians is much higher due to a large part fo thembeing oppressed under MP.

One thing though: if we conquer half of another nation, do we get half of its population aswell? If the peace treaty doesn't state for them to be repatriated, of course.

Both Kahlawia and Kyux passed the kortugan league applications so that is how things are just gonna have to be IMO. Otherwise I think it is strange that you can be approved and then have a moderator several months later tear through some of its essential points.

If Cziken agreed, then I personally would see no problem.

It's not like I'm unilaterally claiming it, both me and mystic agreed on having a joint history that contemplates this, so it's fine for both of us. Now, we could have defined our joint history a far lot better, and so we wouldn't be in this situation now, but that's another question.

On the other hand there is people that created a joint history with another nation without consulting the owner, and I don't see anyone blaming them.

Very well. Right now, the fact its a colony seems to offer a solution: Kyux could transfer its small pop out and not lose too many PP
