Deassic Economical Prosperity Sphere

Article I. Terms of membership.

1.1 The Deassic Economical Prosperity Sphere shall be divided into two spheres. The inner sphere and the outer sphere.

1.2 The inner sphere.
1.2.1 All nations in the inner sphere must have governement forms respectful of the People freedoms.
1.2.2 The nations of the inner sphere enjoy the most benefit from the co-prosperity sphere. Every nation in the inner sphere shall share all technology for free and share things such as satellites to a full extent. Military designs will be shared free of charge*. A trade pact shall be in order to promise the most economic potential of its members and if a inner member seeks help for things such as industrialisation, then they will be granted such help.
1.2.2.1 * If a military design is given to another member nation, the original creator can demand that the recieving nation may not sell or in any way give the designs to a third party.
1.2.3 All nations in the inner sphere must defend each other in times of war or agression against any of its members. The inner sphere must also defend any outer sphere nation in times of war or hostile agression against such state.

1.3 The outer sphere.
1.3.1 All nations in the outer sphere must be accepted into this sphere by the majority of the inner sphere nations. It must also have recognized kerbal rights by the inner sphere members.
1.3.2 The outer sphere will also enjoy benefits from the co-prosperity sphere. Every outer sphere nation shall be given civilian technology free of charge and has the benefit of buying military technology from members of any of the spheres at a reduced cost. The outer sphere will have the benefit of getting access to basic satellites such as communication satellites and potetionally navigational satellites free of charge if any member of any sphere has them in possesion. Outer sphere members shall also enjoy the benefit of free trade between all nations in the DEPS and may ask for help to build up its economy at which point the member states of the DEPS must provide help.
1.3.2.1 A member nation can sell military technology to a outer sphere member for free if it so desires.
1.3.3 All nations in the outer sphere must defend each other in times of war or agression against any of its members. The outer sphere must also defend any outer sphere nation in times of war or hostile agression against such state.

1.4 Membership.
1.4.1 Any nation seeking membership in any of the spheres must be approved by the majority of the inner sphere in order to recieve membership.
1.4.2 The inner sphere can decide to expell a nation from the DEPS in a majority vote.

Article II. War and hostile agression.

2.1 Declaring war.
2.1.1 A member nation of any sphere may ask the DEPS members to help them in a invasion against any nation.
2.1.2 The member nations will decide in a vote if they shall help out in the war or not, where a majority must vote in favour.

2.2 Inter sphere wars.
2.2.1 No nation in the DEPS may declare war upon each other.
2.3.1 The DEPS shall aid the defending nation shall any nation DEPS declare war upon each other.
2.3.1.1 The agressor shall be expelled from the DEPS.

Article III. Disasters.

3.1 Shall any disaster strike any member nation, all nations in the DEPS are required to send aid.
