Death of Albreicht Karmeman

After weeks of serious illness, Albreich Karmeman died in the presidential palace in Bardemanstadt. The nation entered a phase of chock and sorrow as the great and beloved leader who had lead Segerline from a backwards nation into a world super power silently passed away in the cold night. The following morning state media announced his death with the news reporter crying during live TV, and later that day images were shown of people on the street outside the presidential palace, bursting into tears. Flags has been on half mast throughout military bases and facilities of Segerline origin in the world.

Albreich was a very controversial kerb. He was born in Faktorien in the year 155 as a poor farmers boy right before the Aldenheisen regime seized power over Segerline. He would see much of his family worked to death in the nutrious labour camps that spanned the entire island, and he would face coorporate punishment countless times during his time in the labour camps. During the civil war he joined the nationalist faction in the Anarcho Syndicalist Alliance as a field commander and participated in the famous assault on Stredenstadt. He worked very much for the rights of the poor people during the anarchist period in Segerline and was a prominent figure in the nationalist faction in the Congress of Trade Unions.

In later years he seized power over Segerline in its Heimwehr lead coup during the labour strikes that plagued Segerline after years of bourgeois exploitation of the lower classes. He rebuilt the Segerlinen strenght and its navy is starting to take the same status as it had many years ago during the Segerlinen Empire. The lower class lowed this kerb for all that he did for them by re-distributing the wealth from the upper class to the lower class, he industrialised the nation and effectivised Segerline with its collectivisation campaigns and five year plans. However many silent voices also hated this kerb, for he had taken their wealth and factories away and either outright executed them or their families and sent them to gulags.

Hero of Tyrrant is up for the history books to decide, for now he has made his final entry in history. His son Helmut Karmeman, a fierce so called patriot of the proletariat and arguably even more of a zealot than Albreich has become the de facto successor of Segerline until the elections can take place. He is also a left wing idealist and zealot, who has always spoken about the death of the bourgeois and liberation of the proletariat. Everyone standing in the way of his goals is a threat that must be neutralised in his eyes, wheter it be a rich land owner or an entire moon. Many under ground kerbal rights groups expects the ammount of bourgeois prisoners in these gulags to increase dramatically as Helmut leads the Segerlinen Federation into glory.
