IRC Chat Channel

I have decided to add a new tab for the forum which opens a new tab to KiwiIRC. This will serve as the forum's chatbox, instead of the regular site chat. To connect, simply input a nickname, then enter the password 19582651 when prompted.
If users do not like the new chat function, then the old chatbox shall be returned.
If users do not like the new chat function, then the old chatbox shall be returned.
