That is most wise; the WPRP should be an excellent mediator.

I'm pretty sure that the WPRP influence will help to have the accords reached guaranteed. Not to lessen the Kaeprusian government, but if one of the two parties should violate the terms, it would be good to have a guarantee that can effectively enforce those terms in short notice.

We are disgusted by the WPRP's declarations. The role of mediator does not include enforcing the result of the negotiations; that is the role of a police force, which the WPRP would be wise to not assume.

We would rather have a country that is actually neutral mediate us. We continue to hold that a Camponjan or Kaeprusian mediator would be our preffered choice.

You already have a neutral country willing to mediate between the two of you, and I really don't understand why you are so surprised by our offer to guarantee the application of the treaty with our influence. This is the main reason to have a neutral mediator in the first place. The Ciiropogans have no problems with us chartering the accord, and both the Camponjan and the Kaeprusian government have already stated that they are favorable to our mediation.
It seems like you are purposedly trying to sabotage this accord.

Also, I'll give you a friendly suggestion, free of charge: your government should teach your diplomats how to correctly behave with other nations' delegations. Who knows, sometimes they'll end up insulting someone that is not so forgiving in that moment, and the repercussions might be... serious, so to say.

We are not surprised that the WPRP is acting as if it was the international police, we are just disgusted. We do not wish to "sabotage" this accord; the only thing sabotaging it is your presence. We ask you kindly to stop acting in this interventionist manner.

It's funny how no one cared, and still not cares, about the fate of the People that will be involved in the confrontotation, should that happen.

It's pretty much clear what's happening here: no one cared about the lives of the innocents that are in peril, but instead half of the planet gloated about the possible monetary earnings and advantages the war would have brought them, in the pure spirit of oppressive governments.
Now that such a insensate and potentially devastating war has been averted, thanks only to the intervention of the WPRP, the only nation to have moved to help the People, you are looking your spoils otherwise, trying to hijack our disinterested peace efforts into a disgusting and offensive parade of capitalism and oppression, to earn what we took away from your bloody claws under the legitimation of an... The WPRP keeps talking about the people, but the WPRP forgets that the Porteran government represents the people and their will; we are democratically elected. The people do not want you interfering with what we do.

We give a final warning to the WPRP: Dissuade any more attempts to influence yourselves into the position of mediators against the will of one of the negotiating party. We have made ourselves clear multiple times that we will accept any mediator OTHER than you. The fact that you press on, and that YOU push your claws into the Porteran skin to fit whatever interpretation you may have of the agreements we will be coming to after the negotiations, is quite possibly more of a war cause than our small dispute with our neighbour with which, other than spirited affirmations from both sides, we have had good relations with. The reason why a war hasn't started isn't because you have barged in, it is due to our own will, the Porteran will, as well as of our "foes", the Ciiropogans.

We will not ask the WPRP kindly again. We will consider any more pressure as an insult to the entire Porteran population, which has spoken its will. They have expressed their solidarity in our requests for the WPRP.

Narcona sees no reason for this petty conflict and is willing to host negotiations.  This could affect us in the future, but the future is too murky to fear.

Kaeprus has already promised to host negotiations, but we have not yet decided on a mediator.
