And there's no mention what obligations the ratifying nations have towards you.

They just recognise the terms of a neutral nation, and agree that Njapontor is one. Nothing special.

You might want to make it applyable to everey nation, by removing references to your wn in the terms, since you've added a list of neutral countries.
