Holy Emperor Manter V declares a new age in Narconan History

Manter V steps up to the podium, showered in roses.  "People of Narcona!  Hear me out! Today, we enter a new age!  We no longer live in the days of my grandfathers, sheltered from the outside world, letting them grow stronger then this blessed nation.  Today, we shall rise to the world stage.  We shall expand our infrastructure and our Holy Military.  We shall leap ahead in the fields of technology.  We shall make allies, for no longer do we live in a time of old, we live in a new age!"  He raises his hand and his gold staff and the crowd cheers "For the Military! For the Emperor! Long Live Narcona!"
