Manter V steps out in front of the Royal Palace.  "Yesterday, the Rikuto Shogunate attacked our island.  They desecrated our holy land, and for that those infedels will pay!  We are in a Total Holy War.  We WILL not stop until they pay for their crimes!  Every Narconan will fight alongside your kin in this war.  WE WILL FIGHT.  All traitors will be found and killed.  We have already started searching.  WE WILL WIN, NARCONA, WE WILL WIN!"
