Treaty of Terripanian Protection

The Government of the Federation of Kabundakan (henceforth Kabundakan) and The Government of the Federation of The Single-Party Democratic Military State of the Island of Terripana, The Surrounding Waters, and the Terripanan People (henceforth Terripana) have come to the following agreement;

The Federation of Kabundakan (henceforth Kabundakan) is to come to the aid of the The Single-Party Democratic Military State of the Island of Terripana, The Surrounding Waters, and the Terripanan People (henceforth Terripana) should any third party enter a state of conflict with it or invade it's internationally recognised territory.

In support of the above, Terripana agree to allow Kabundakan military units to enter it's territory-including sea and air

Terripana agrees not to let military personnel, units, equipment or facilities of any third party to enter or remain on it's territory without explicit prior permission from the government of Kabundakan
