Red Sun Empire - Empire of Kahlawia Space Collaboration Treaty

The Shahanshah, seeking the advancement of peaceful space exploration for all the kerbkind, agrees to the following agreement with the Red Sun Empire:

- The S.E.A.D.D. will issue the SATRI with the technical schemes and production processes for the Nayazh rocket;

- The SATRI will be given a Nayazh-I and a Nayazh-II complete boosters, plus an ABA-3 equipment package and a Māh-A probe;

- The Red Sun Empire will pay 20 MK for this items;

- Launchpad-5 and Ejahz Launch Site will be reserved to the first two SATRI launches, and the RSE ground personnel will be instructed in the operation of the system and in mission control procedures by the Kahlawian launch team;

- The SATRI will have access to the S.E.A.D.D. communication network to support its missions;

- The Red Sun Empire and the Empire of Kahlawia will collaborate in the development of new propulsion technologies.
