All GloPOSS launches have occurred:

Launch #3, Satellites 13-18:

Launch occurred from Vertuno, slight malfunction with the separator rockets that back the core away from the payload led to a "pressure expansion", payload is without damage but the core experienced a minor explosion. Small debris from obliterated "sepatron", but minimal damage to the core stage. No threat to orbital plane #3.

Launch #4, Satellites 19-24:

Launch occurred from Vertuno the next day. No issues with sepatrons, considered to be a single issue with no other instances of "pressure expansions". GloPOSS is now completely operational.
