ALARM! GLADIA INVADED BY RAXIRIA!

In the early morning, Raxirian forces storm the border to their east. Caught off-guard, the Gladian forces nearest to the border are annihilated by the sudden surge of tanks, infantry and aircraft. 2000 Special forces soldiers, combined with 4 Anti-Tank and 4 Anti-Air Regiments, as well as 8 Armored Battalions crush the first line of defending 2 Infantry Regiments. The Gladian 'Instant Reaction Cell' of 5 Special Forces units however, adapt to the situation, and dig in further down the defending line, waiting for the oncoming assault: nearby forces also link up with the defendants. The First and Second Armoured Battalions, along with the First Artillery Regiment prepare for the incoming Blitzkrieg. What they do not realize is the two extra Raxirian Task Forces, composing of 2500 SF soldiers, 4000 AT soldiers and 4000 AA soldiers each, flanking the North and South of the main battle line. The onslaught continues, and the Raxirians continue to push through, along with their 5 Air Superiority and 5 Bomber Squadrons. After an intense yet small firefight, the IRC as well as their reinforcements are eliminated, however not without destroying 4 of the assaulting Special Forces units, as well as 2 Anti-Tank regiments, 3 AA regiments and 2 Armored Battalions. The Artillery Regiment continues to shell the position of the Raxirians, and manages to eliminate another Armoured Battalion, before being spotted and destroyed by a bomber wing.
