Algor Desert States Space Program (ASP) Launches First Rocket, Heaviest and Most Powerful To Date

Today, the first ever Erebos lifter blasted off from Salkos Station, reaching an apoapsis 373km above Kerbin with the most powerful rocket to date. Erebos is scheduled to fly twice more in an unmanned pattern, and then twice in a manned layout, carrying the nation's first kerbals into space with their fledgling program. The flight also tested the ASP's Cold Gas Propulsion Stage (CGPS), which uses four nozzles to release a cold gas to propel the craft once in orbit, avoiding the problem of the complexity of attempting to start liquid-fuel motors in space.
