It has about as much land as you. Caesar has like every single island and you have the little colony pockets on your land.

Yes, but if anybody actually puts a nation in one of these places, chances are the colonies will make no sense in that context.

I had this stuff claimed before when Mobius first posted our map, but Yuri asked that the image be the same size as all the others for obvious reasons. Just making sure everyone knows what I've claimed, since some of this stuff is invisible on the larger world map.

I claimed the small islands in the upper right, since in the map at the moment of my claim were of pristine green color.

I appreciate that, but it was not my fault. As you will see, Mobius posted the map with all of my claims on it early on, and was told to adapt it to the larger size.

Considering it was Mobius who messed up Hellorp's claim, I'm going to say his claim is more valid than boris'.

However, it depends who posts in the application thread first.

Also, if the validity of one's claims in this thread are overridden by a first-come-first-serve rule, how can any claim here be more or less valid than any other? Could you please let me know whether this thread is binding or just intended for planning purposes?

This thread isn't in the least binding. It was only to help people produce applications.

Well, i've alteady inserted those "islands" in my history, if you could renounce to the claims obln them it would be very appreciated. In exchange, you can have cookies.

Boris, I'm sorry, but I claimed them first and this whole situation has nothing to do with me. Could we reach a compromise--perhaps you could get one and I get the other?

But part of it is that one of those now belongs to me via Boris. Your claim overlaps mine and his.

At the end of the day, krytens previous post is correct. Unless you can solve this to a point where all parties are happy, it'll be a case of who posts in the KL first.

Yes, well, what JD said. It's not like those two islands will change the whole asset of your nation, while I'll have to make pretty consistent changes because of butterfly effect.

But still, I understand you put your greedy colonizing hands on them first, so if you want them you can have them, but Kryten's little corner of paradise is then gone forever. Butterfly effect, as I said.

They're little islands, it doesn't matter, just give them to Hellorp.

We've both written them into our apps and histories. As far as we can tell, hellorp hasn't.
