We never took any lands from you. They are to filthy for our kind. We are building up money to become an industrially focused nation, and costly wars will suck our treasuries dry.

While we under stand you are the lesser form of Kortugan dirt eaters and thus that land is holy to you, we peacefully colonized the area, bringing our civilization to the nomadic Kortugans. You have no claims to land that is only yours in your imagination.
