Detonations in Segerline

Somewhere far out in the ocean, a submarine gets a launch order. Two missiles fly out of its hatch on their way to their destination. Then a few minutes later, they reenter the atmosphere and hit their target in Segerline. A big fireball emerge, and any bystanders if any is most likely shocked and confused of how this explosion could occur. Is this a new weapon of war?
