TGEF-NCR Program Flies Velkos-1 Atop SCEAVER, Announces New Partner

Two new pieces of news come to us today from the FSP.
First, a SCEAVER carried three kerbals into three hours of orbiting around Kerbin before a safe touchdown yesterday, with the launch occurring at about 15:00 KST.

All three kerbs, Fisnavavaadan Erlbo Raldo and Coresonians Ilturis Candami and Naavik Esteenbon, are resting well after their spaceflight!
In other news, it has been announced today that with the TGEF-NCR program planning on orbiting permanent communications satellites, that Narcona has been in talks tasked with how to enter them into the organization between the GEF and the NCR. More to follow as news continues to pour from the international scene.
