The Red Sun Empire has a long and detailed historical record. We have the blessing that come from centuries of effective peace and relative prosperity.

The people of Segerline, who share many relations with us and hold a rich history that has been taken from them should have a majority of it returned to them.

In the spirit of giving back to a a vibrant people who will be great once more, the Red Sum Empire has prepared a series of records and publications detailing 1000 years of Segerline history. Our achieves are vast and the record unbroken by the misfortunes of recent times.

These books, microfilms, prints and associated distribution system are to be given immediately to each city of the Segreline - larger cities will get more copies to build libraries with larger populations.

Blessings of the Red Sun upon you cousins, behold the wonders that are yours and the greatness that is your culture!

We the Archäologische Ferband der Segerline thank you deeply for your act of kindness. No doubt all of us will take great of these documents and pieces of history to finally get a picture of what the golden age looked like.

These will really help us understand our history and make theories when we start our big archeological digs for historical treasures that the old regime have failed to destroy.

If you like, we can arrange tours of the museums we have. In time, perhaps we can even make reproductions of our items from your history - and once you have the proper museums to preserve them we could return those of special significance.

Let this be the start of a long friendship.

We agree to such proposal, and will gladly send delegates to your museums. In return we offer you guidance through our historical sites that are described in these papers, so that your scientists can take a closer look. However, we recomend staying to marked out areas before the minesweepers have made a complete survey of the area.
