International Summit in Segerline - Event

The mansion was standing proudly on top of a hill north east of Bardemanstadt. Formerly it had been a mansion owned by the rich 1% however it was seized as a property of the people (read government) during the recent coup. Today it was mainly used for diplomatic meetings and sometimes used by the Bardemanstadt commune for regional meetings. It was a three story stone mansion with wooden panels, surrounded by a well designed garden with a big fountain in the middle. Soldiers were spread around the garden and the fence surrounding it, smoking and talking. You could also see soldiers patrolling the outskirts of this building in small patrols of four kerb fireteams. Surrounding this garden was a tall electric fence to keep terrorists out during summits and meetings. It was a nice place to live with a nice surrounding view of farm collectives and mountains.

A smaller road followed through the gates and down the hill to the main road. All the roads leading to this mansion had a series of checkpoints, manned by the Bardemanstadt garrison. Surrounding both the city and this mansion was a series of AA batteries, and the airforce was ready to shoot down anyone entering Segerlinen airspace unauthorized. In the garrison a QRF was on standby to quickly dispatch if any suspicious activity was reported.

Jarl Bencker, the Segerlinen ambassador felt that he was ready.

"Food, check. Security, check. Decorations, check. Everything is in order, now we just need to wait for the representatives. We have alot to talk about." He said to his personal bodyguard next to him.

A private jet with a giant L being surrounded bya giant O appears on the horizon. It roars through the sky and lands on the nearest airport. A man, called Leten Ogenrogen, walks out of the jet and then he arrives at the gates of Bardemanstadt. He identifies himself and is let inside...

"Hello! A very ncie mansion i have to say. The garden surrounding it is also fabulous! (OOC: its gonna be grorious day...) May i wonder how much money did it cost? Who invested in it? Did any famous rich live there? How much mnoey was spent on the garden? *to himself* Money, money, money! I love money!
Ahh i can wait for the meeting itself! I wonder how much money was spent to arrange this...

After the kerb had once more been searched for any weapons and the guards at the checkpoints confirmed that he was clean, he was let into the mansion.

"Welcome to Segerline! Indeed this garden looks faboulus. This mansion belonged to Oskar Werhner, a rich kerb who owned a series of IT industries in the region. He was the one designing this mansion himself actually as he had a big passion for developing cities in his own mental image. However, the costs I can't help you with, but he should know the costs himself. However he traveled to the countryside to..." The ambassador smirks "work..."

A young representative for foreign affairs arrives.

"Ah, a nice place i must say, as for mister L.O, i suggest you to stop with that"

A Gladian Private jet lands and a Kerbal in suit steps out.
"Hello, my name is Johan. I represent Gladia."

The Aquitian aircraft screams overhead, and lands on the airstrip designated. Two Imperial Guardsmen with Spears and Regimental dress slowly march out, followed by six senators, and two more Guardsmen behind. The soldiers march off to follow the aircraft as it taxis into the hangar, then stay on position, one at each corner of the plane.

Upon reaching the location, Senator Maximilian Oculus steps forward. "Salutae! Maximilian, senator of the Imperium. How do you do Mr... Bencker, is it?" The senator offers his hand in greeting.

A silver-bodied helicopter, with a green and orange stripe down each side, flies over the horizon. It hovers over the garden, and lands outside the gate, to allow the guards to search the passengers and crew. Once done, the Emperor of Fisnavavaada steps out himself, in a blue polo shirt with dress khakis on, the Fisnavavaadian Emperic Stamp on a metal pin on the right side of his chest. His hair is clean and pushed back, grey.

On his trusty bike, the Grand Prophet himself 's Prime Advisor cycles up to the front yard quickly, and inconspicuously.

The Segerlinen ambassador shakes the hand of the Kyuxan. "Welcome to Segerline!"

The representative from Gladia get's searched by the guards. Then the Segerlinen representative says "Welcome welcome to our humble lands. You'll be escorted by our guards here to the mansion."

After the passengers and crew are searched, and the emperor himself. The guards confirms that they are clean, and the Segerlinen ambassador welcomes the emperor. "Welcome to Segerline emperor. I trust that your trip did go without any disturbances?"

After the advisor has been searched for anything harmful. The ambassador greets him. "Welcome to Segerline and our humble mansion. Please make yourself confortable with the other guests here in the garden."

"Thank you for having me; its likely this will be the only time I'll get to see these beautiful islands."

The Kahlawian representative looks around, stomping on their feet, waiting for someone to greet them, hoping no one asks how they got there.

Guards comes and inspects the Kahlawian representatives. Then they are greeted by the Segerlinen ambassador.

"Oh, I started to wonder when you would show up. It is always a pleasure to see our Kahlawian friends!"

The Narconan ambassador, Egar, shows up in an armored SUV. He shakes the ambassador's hand, then jokingly says "It's all right, I haven't got the pox!"

After he had been searched by guards. The ambassador approach him.

"Oh yeah, I just recieved those horrible news. We wish the Narconan people the best of luck and hope you will contain the outbreak. Welcome to our fine mansion!"

He looks around and gathers all representatives.

"Welcome once more to Segerline! It seems like two representatives are running late, but I am sure they will turn up soon. I am sure it is fine if we start a little bit early. If you follow me inside we can start this summit, I am sure we have alot to talk about!"

He leads the crowd into the meeting hall. It is a big conference table with flags of every country is placed together with a small sign spelling out the country's name and the representatives name. Surrounding the table is a series of patriotic socialist realist art, and a big fireplace, which will presumably keep the delegates warm during this cold autum night.

"Everyone please take a seat, and let's start with our first topic. Weapons of mass destruction. We in Segerline has come up with the idea of a disarmament treaty after the Oxuytharan crisis, which will reduce if not completely take away all WMD stockpiles of nations in the world and have them dismantled under a international organisations supervision. We know that there has been a series of nuclear weapons tests around the world, but no nation taking responsibility for it. We want all nations who currently posses weapons of mass destruction to come clean and say that they own it. We also suggest that a international agency should inspect every nation for their uranium production and usage and search for weapons of mass destruction.

The reason why we feel that weapons of mass destruction should be limited or completely banned is because of recent crisis and tensions. A false move made by some nation, a unannounced rocket launch can be all that is needed for a WMD armed state to fire their missiles as they think it is a threat or a direct attack to their nation. This does not just threat the opposing nation, but the nations surrounding it. All types of weapons of mass destruction are indiscriminate killers where fallout, chemicals and a epidemic can fast run out of control and hurt innocent nations and civilians."

Gladia has a Nuclear Arsenal.

Senator Julius arises and states: "The Imperium currently has no weapons of mass destruction, however we have plans for a small arsenal in the future."

A red and black jet lands on the runway, and the Raxiran representive ambassador korix steps out.

"Sorry I'm late everyone, have I missed anything?"

Narcona has a small nuclear arsenal, only to be used in dire circumstances. Tell, will Segerline destroy their chemical weapons?

"Fisnavavaada sees no reason to share the status of any possible WMD projects, as very little of the Segerlinen programs has been shared."

Raxira has a small storage of nuclear warheads, but additional information about them is classified.

We have no arsenal, however we would like to inquire about Segerliners arsenal

We see it is necessary for the stability of the world to reveal their WMD storage. We have also already as you well know revealed the fact that we have a biological and chemical programme. We can also announce that we are currently developing a nuclear programme with the first test detonation in a month.

Yes we will destroy our arsenal if the rest of the world destroys their stockpiles of WMDs.

While we have nukes, Camponja does not have not will ever possess WMDs

The New Arovan representative flies into a nearby airport on an airline  he rents a cheap looking car and drives up to the first checkpoint. After showing them his ID he drives up to the entrance of the building. "Sorry im late, my flight was delayed and my car had a breakdown on the way here."

"In which case, yes, Fisnavavaada has nuclear armed ICBMs."
