Please name one lie that we have said. And don't say that Segerline isn't that far ahead technologically, because that would be a lie. We just were saying that the Deassic Economic Sphere is powerful and we hope that it will be used to keep peace, not undermine it.

We are reffering to you always pretending that we are in some kind of plot together with the anarchist to take you down, based on the fact that both are on the left wing. It is just like saying that just because someone is conservative they would supply or aid nazi rebels.

Have we referred to that here? We merely stated your alliance was powerful enough to imbalance the scales of a world congress you were referring too.
Back on track, Narcona believes that a majority vote should be required to pass something should we make this world congress. Perhaps a 60% majority or higher, and the yearly president could veto a law for a 70% vote to pass it.

You have reffered to it many times before this summit. We also agree that a 60% majority or something should be necessary for the vote to pass. We will write up a draft soon.

Ciiropoga, although not at the meeting, after hearing the news of a proposed "world congress," phones the meeting.

"Such an thing would be incredibly unbalanced, because of the rather obvious power bloc of the Deassic Economic sphere. Although we wish to remain on good terms with the DES, Ciiropoga must vote no on this. We won't have our decisions made for us by an unbalanced congress. We thank our Segerlinian allies for their time. May we come to an even more progressive agreement."

We would say that 60% isnt enough. 70% is a better number, as some people dont know whats good for themselves. (OOC:Let us show whats good for you!)

70% would ensure most people would be satisfied and prevents bloc control. We feel that the control should be cycled in a cycle.

Only because we are two nations combined to rule jointly for the better of both. What is your train of thought?

As for the Camponjan delegate, we feel that your attack on us is irrational and uneeded. A nation is a group of people, thus they must be treated like the nation itself. All citizens should be treated well and be given thought, although we cannot be sure that that train of thought is used for your citizens.

We propose an international council, where every nation on Kerbin may join freely. That way, everybody is delegated by the other, and not a few nations delegated by the leader of a bloc, or bullied by a superpower."

That is exactly what we are proposing. However one must realise, that if many nations joins this council of sorts, and one decides to not join. Many of the councils decisions will affect the country in question anyways.

We second this. Howver, blocs and puppets could create an insurmountable wall and nations could just vote in a partisan mentality, not caring about the side effects.
